At your desk, face to face

Lay one phone flat between you and your buyers to go over the listing, the community fees and the next viewing. The screen splits in two, and the buyer’s half turns toward them. Their partner can follow on their own phone by link. Switch on the AI voice and it reads the translation out loud: you speak, it says it in their language; they answer, it says it in yours.

A buyer tells you their budget and their plans, so you keep the controls. Machines turn speech into text. There is no human interpreter in the loop. At your desk and on video calls. The translation is a continuous stream, so it lives on a steady line.

Earbuds with a mic

Walking a buyer through a home on camera? Keep earbuds with a mic in. The better the sound in, the better the words out.

One speaker at a time

You, the buyer, then their partner, with a short pause between you. On a phone, let the AI voice finish before you answer.

Weak signal out of town

What is Getix Translate for real estate agents?

Can we use it at the notary or to sign the arras?

No. It helps you and your buyers follow the conversation at your desk, on viewings and on video calls. At the notary and when the arras or the deed is signed, work with a human interpreter. It gives no legal or tax advice. It is not a substitute for a certified or sworn interpreter where one is required.

Does it work for video viewings on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams?

Yes. Send the Getix Translate bot to the call and it joins under its own name, listed with the participants, and you admit it like any guest. Your buyer opens the captions link and reads in their own language while you show the home on camera. Regular phone calls are not translated.

Where do our buyers’ conversations go?

To our speech providers, to become text and translation. It does not go to a human, and we do not train AI models on your meetings. What kinds of providers we use, which region they run in and how long anything is kept is on our privacy page.

Do our buyers need a translation app or an account?

No. At your desk, the buyer reads the half of your phone turned toward them. Anyone else, in the property or abroad, opens the link you send and picks their language. No account, nothing to install, and they can make the text bigger with A+. The captions can be in any of the 60 languages; the buttons around them are in English, Spanish, French, Romanian, Russian or Ukrainian for now.

How well does it handle Spanish property terms like IBI and nota simple?

Well enough to follow a viewing, not well enough to sign on without reading. Numbers, names and rare terms are where AI slips, which is why the original always stays on screen next to the translation. Switch on the Real estate term pack (IBI, nota simple, arras and other key terms, with ready translations into English, Russian and Ukrainian) and add your agency’s own glossary: areas, developments, street names.

How much does it cost, and how does the free trial week work?

Plans run from €13.99 a month (Intern, 2 hours of live translation a month) to €169.99 (Boss, 45 hours a month for you and 5 team members). All prices include VAT.
